Students joining the Royal Regiment Band or Color Guard must have Athletic Clearance to participate in performances and events. We recommend returning students complete their Athletic Packet by July 1 and new students by September 1. All Athletic Packets are to be turned in online!

 

Athletic clearance paperwork includes :​

1. Physical Exam with doctors signature • Pre Participations Physical forms: English form • Spanish form

   • Clinic Available that offers $20 Physicals • Walk In Available!!!​

2. Complete the online Emergency Card

3. Proof of insurance / Student Insurance Programs Available

4. Print & complete the Conformation Page from https://www.homecampus.com/login  signature verifying completion of document. PLEASE Keep a copy of all your paperwork as proof of clearance! 

5. Please turn in hard copies of both your physical and confirmation page to Mr. Sharp!
